The brief was simple: create a bright, functional kitchen-dining-living area that felt luxurious but homely.

With large skylights, warm wood flooring, and a timeless neutral colour palette, the space already had a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Our job was to enhance that with lighting and power that worked beautifully in the background, and sometimes took centre stage.

Kitchen Electrical Installation

We carried out a full electrical installation across the new kitchen, supplying and fitting a range of appliances and lighting features to the highest standard.

This included:

• Induction hob installation on the central island
• Two built-in ovens wired into dedicated circuits
• Quooker tap, offering instant boiling water for ultimate convenience
• Integrated fridge and freezer connections
• A range of sockets, thoughtfully positioned for both practicality and symmetry

Each appliance was carefully installed and tested to ensure reliable performance and compliance with the latest electrical safety regulation

Lighting That Transforms the Space

Lighting plays a huge role in how a room feels, especially in a modern open-plan home.

In this Goring-by-Sea project, our clients wanted statement fittings that would bring personality and style to the new space.

We installed crystal chandelier pendant lights above the kitchen island and dining area, adding a touch of elegance that complements the natural light flooding through the skylights.

To enhance functionality, we also added under cupboard lighting, giving the kitchen worktops a professional finish and improving task visibility.

Media Wall Installation

The new living area features a custom-built media wall, complete with integrated lighting and wiring for the electric fire, TV, and sound system.

This setup gives a sleek, cable-free look that fits perfectly with the home’s modern design.

Everything is neatly concealed behind the scenes, ensuring the focus stays on the room’s stylish finish, not on the wires behind it.
