To reduce the noise floor on my HiFi, I needed a new dedicated earthing point / external copper ground rod, using specialist Russ Andrews earthing cable, which also rewired the existing earthing on a dedicated mains HiFi circuit.

Very few electricians were interested, but Tide certainly were. Alex came and gave me a good quote, whilst fully understanding my requirements.

The job was unavoidably delayed, but I was kept 100% in the loop with Jo's amazing booking and reminder system. I have never seen anyone do a better job, or keep to their appointments, bang on time.

The work was done by Will - a very personable young man and able electrician - who did a fantastic job. His aim was to duplicate the look of the existing external earth wiring, which was on the left of the lounge window.

What was truly unbelievable was the way in which they resolved an undiscovered plumbing fault, which had existed since the house was built 25 years ago. That they managed to get it fixed - by immediately bringing in a plumber (whom Will knew well) is a tribute, not only to the plumber's amazing talents, but Alex's determination that a wholly unrelated, and completely unexpected issue, would not spoil the perfect job.

The lounge was left immaculately clean, with a perfectly neatly wired earth point and improved HiFi grounding.

I consider myself very lucky to have discovered Tide (Alex and Joe) who will always be the first electricians I approach for all future work. I cannot praise their work or attitude more highly.
