After a couple of challenging experiences with less than professional electrical firms, I finally I found a professional firm. Their knowledge was excellent and the problem was identified and explained (drawn so I could understand) to me within minutes and a quote was forthcoming immediately.
The electrician who fixed the fault was polite, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure the job was completed to regulations.
The firm’s communication is superb with notifications of visit time and date aswell as ETA before the scheduled visit.
My faith in electricians is restored. My only regret is not having this firm in for my house rewiring. I will be using them again for any future work I might need.
